What I'm building in 2026: agentic AI, a harvesting robot and three manuscripts

A map of my current work: production AI agents, the GBNI framework, the Aglier fruit-harvesting robot, the MITHRA cybercrime platform, and the papers behind them.

This blog documents the work behind my portfolio: what I built, why it's shaped that way, and what I'd change. Here is where everything stands.

Agentic AI in production

At Eject Solutions I lead AI engineering. The agentic architecture I designed there became the production blueprint for new builds.

In my research, GBNI (Generative Brand Narrative Intelligence) is a state-aware multimodal agent framework for emotionally adaptive brand communication, published on SSRN (Abstract ID 6845958). Its companion project, Autonomous Agency Workflows, runs five autonomous agent pipelines in production that recover more than 20 hours of staff time every week. I'm expanding the paper into a 120+ page IEEE paper and a book. The plain-language version is in GBNI explained.

Aglier: an AI fruit-harvesting robot

Aglier climbs fruit trees and harvests ripe fruit. It grips the trunk with four clamps, identifies fruit with an AI camera and depth sensor, and picks with an articulated arm into an onboard basket. It carries an onboard GBNI subsystem: batch records from its harvest log can feed an asynchronous narrative tier that never touches the real-time control loop. I'm the sole inventor and I'm drafting the patent specification.

Annotated patent drawing of the Aglier tree-climbing fruit-harvesting robot clamped to a trunk with four clamps, showing the AI camera module, articulated arm, gripper, collection basket, battery pack and communication module.
Aglier, annotated: clamps, AI camera module, articulated arm, gripper and collection basket.

The full breakdown, with claw geometry, cycle-time maths and all four patent figures, is in Aglier: inside an AI tree-climbing fruit-harvesting robot.

MITHRA: cybercrime rapid response

MITHRA is a self-directed R&D project: a rapid-response and intelligence platform for cybercrime. I build it with Claude Code- and Codex-assisted engineering, and I'm preparing its manuscript for a Scopus-indexed journal.
